In 2019 a mysterious flash of light petrifies nearly all human life, frozen in stone for 3,700 years, 15 year old science prodigy Senku Ishigami is revived and he awakes in a whole where all traces of civilization as he knew it has gone. Using his knowledge he tries to bring the whole back to where it once was.
